Hello, my name is Jekeva Nichols. I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and I am a proud mother, dedicated leader, and operations professional with more than 14 years of experience in the aviation industry.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead and develop teams ranging from 50 to more than 300 employees across multiple operational environments. My experience includes airport security operations, cargo and logistics management, weight and balance operations, curbside and passenger service management, workforce development, training, scheduling, payroll administration, and overall operational leadership.

What I love most about the aviation industry is its fast-paced environment, the constant opportunity to solve problems, and the chance to connect with people from all walks of life. Every role I have held has challenged me to think strategically, lead with purpose, and continuously improve processes, performance, and customer experiences.

I take pride in not only improving the operations I oversee but also in developing people. Throughout my career, I have mentored employees, trained future leaders, and helped build teams that consistently delivered results.
